1. Permitted Use
Access permit data for legitimate construction procurement. Submit Connection Requests for genuine project interest only. Use CRM webhook data for internal business workflow only.
2. Prohibited — Redistribution
Do not resell, sublicense, publish, or transfer platform data including derivative datasets, lead lists, forecast reports, or webhook-assembled datasets.
3. Prohibited — Automated Access
Rate limits: Homeowner 20/min, Trade ($79/mo) 200/min, VIP ($249/mo) 500/min. Circumventing rate limits by any means is prohibited.
4. Prohibited — Contact Data Misuse
Contact details from Connection Requests are limited to the specific project. Do not add to marketing lists, contact about unrelated projects, or share with third parties.
5. Prohibited — Reverse Engineering
Do not reconstruct MIS coefficients, heatmap methodology, PID resolution logic, or any proprietary algorithm.
6. Enforcement
Detection via CSV watermarking, API fingerprinting, rate limit logging, webhook pattern analysis. Trade ($79 CAD/mo): 12 months fees or $2,500 CAD. VIP ($249 CAD/mo): 12 months fees or $5,000 CAD.
7. Reporting
Report violations to abuse@permitbc.ca. Reviewed within 5 business days.
